thanks! I filed it and just see what happens. I doubt anyone is doing anything to them since the website is hosted in france.

Yeah, there is no real place that cares.
Just always type in links by hand for your bank, etc. Or bookmark the real site. Never follow links from emails since there are a lot of forgeries

it's awful but that's fact in life. Will be very careful next time. I wonder how they know I use a chase card - maybe they already got my number and just need more ID info. Thanks for the comment.
